The location of the hotel was peaceful and perfect for getting water before hiking. It was also close to the town center, various restaurants, bars, Sapa central square, and other amenities.

the staffs were competent & especially helpful. we only slept at the double room with big bed, but thoroughly enjoyed it.

There were comfortable beds and central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel TV in the a double room. The location was peaceful and ideal for exploring this relatively quiet area, near to Sapa town center as well as restaurants and cafes. Also, Muong Hoa Valley was around the corner.

Hotel was beautifully decorated and great modern, I really enjoyed the stay.

The room was decent sized, brand-new and included a minibar, satellite TV and climate control. The bathroom was large, with a separate shower. Spent here 3 lovely days and would stay here again.

The location was stunning and excellent, close to Muong Hoa Valley. The room I had was beautifully designed and neat with the most comfortable bed and a cute bathtub, as for instance.

Came here for trip, had lovely 1 day overall. The place had a quiet atmosphere. The location was unbeatable and magnificent, adjacent to the bus depot, the center of Sapa and the bus terminal...

The hotel was nicely appointed. The personnel, especially the receptionist, were very efficient. The property's location was quiet and ideal, right at the center of the town.

The setting was beautiful, not far from the tourist area, a hill to the main town and the main square. Besides, it was next to Ham Rong Garden. My room included a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and climate control.

The staff was incredibly helpful, offering late check-out, wake-up service, and free ironing. the location is peaceful and great for exploring Ham Rong Mountain in Sapa.

The location was peaceful, just 5 min walk from Ham Rong Mountain Sapa-. Visited few places in the center, just a short stroll away from the hotel. The rooms were brand-new and tastefully decorated, with 2 double beds.

Staying here was such a wonderful experience! The central location made it easy for me to explore nearby restaurants and bars. The room service was prompt and the staff were incredibly helpful with arranging car hire and tours. The amenities in the room were fantastic - from the in-room safe to the comfortable sitting area. The full body massage at the spa center left me feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. The sun terrace provided stunning views of the surrounding landscape and was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of hiking.

I highly recommend this place to anyone, without hesitation.

The location was perfect and decent with lots of restaurants and bars right at the doorstep. A few times I ate at Botanic Sapa Restaurant, located not too far from the hotel. Rooms were well decorated and brand-new and provided with a very comfortable bed, kettle, for instance.

The double room had a comfortable bed with central heating. the atmosphere was quiet. - the service was excellent. - the pool was excellent. - Free Wi-Fi throughout the property was really convenient. - the hotel was conveniently located next to the cathedral, main tourist attractions, and Sapa center. - Enjoyed supper and drinks at the nearby A Linh Restaurant.
